As a therapist specializing in anxiety, depression, identity issues, childhood trauma, and relationship dynamics, I offer a nurturing space for adult women, young adults feeling adrift, and those battling low self-esteem. If you find yourself caught in cycles, aiming for perfection, or constantly putting others before yourself, you're in the right place.

My approach is not surface-level; I delve deep to uncover the roots of your struggles. Together, we'll actively seek solutions, because change only happens with action. I view therapy as a collaborative effort, where your insights are just as crucial as mine.

In our sessions, I bring an anti-oppressive and decolonized perspective, acknowledging how systemic forces shape our lives. An integral part of my practice is education. I believe an educated woman is an empowered woman

At the core of my practice are values of authenticity, empathy, and compassion. I understand because I've been there. My own journey through darkness and self-discovery informs my work. I promise to be genuine and to validate your experiences in a world that often dismisses them.

If you're seeking a therapist who's relatable, down-to-earth, and committed to your growth, I'm here for you. Let's break the cycles and embark on a journey toward healing and self-love together!

about the business

The School For Therapy is a virtual therapy private practice based in Texas. I primarily work with adult women who feel lost, struggle with identity issues, depression, anxiety, relationship issues, and are seeking clarity, confidence, and knowledge. At the core, I consider myself to be an educator, therefore, I teach a lot of psychoeducation in my sessions and provide mental health-related workshops and trainings for companies and organizations.
