We currently accept commercial insurance, UPMC, Cigna, Aetna, Highmark, and self-pay.
Confidentiality in therapy is crucial and is protected by laws and ethical standards. This means that everything you discuss with me is private and cannot be shared with others without your permission. However, as a mandated reporter, there are some exceptions to this rule, such as if I believe you are a danger to yourself or others, or if I suspect child abuse.

Therapy sessions range from 45 to 53 minutes.
Clients who are more than 15 minutes late to scheduled sessions will need to reschedule, and will also be assessed a $50 fee. Additionally, late cancellations, less than 24 hours in advance, will also incur a $50 fee.
