Still have questions?

let's get them answered
Are you currently accepting new clients?

Yes, but evening hours only, and space is limited.

What if I need help immediately?

If you're experiencing a crisis and need support, please text TRIBE to 741741 in the US to chat with someone at the Crisis Text Line or visit your nearest emergency room.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We currently accept commercial insurance, UPMC, Cigna, Aetna, Highmark, and self-pay.

How does confidentiality work?

Confidentiality in therapy is crucial and is protected by laws and ethical standards. This means that everything you discuss with me is private and cannot be shared with others without your permission. However, as a mandated reporter, there are some exceptions to this rule, such as if I believe you are a danger to yourself or others, or if I suspect child abuse.

Do you offer any counseling services to clients outside of Pennsylvania?

No, not currently. I am only licensed to provide counseling services to clients within Pennsylvania. But check out our directory for providers in your area.

How long are sessions?

Therapy sessions range from 45 to 53 minutes.

What is your no-show and late policy?

Clients who are more than 15 minutes late to scheduled sessions will need to reschedule, and will also be assessed a $50 fee. Additionally, late cancellations, less than 24 hours in advance, will also incur a $50 fee.
