LaToya Hamm Wilson, a Licensed Social Worker, Therapist, and devoted mother of six, specializes in maternal mental health for women of color. With a focus on supporting ambitious moms during pregnancy, postpartum, and beyond, LaToya integrates a variety of therapeutic modalities, including client-centered therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and trauma-informed techniques into her work. She offers compassionate and culturally responsive care to address a wide range of stressors, including life transitions, perinatal disorders, and generational trauma.
As a lifelong resident of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, LaToya has deep roots in her community. She completed her undergraduate studies in psychology at Chatham University before earning both an MSW in Social Work and an MS in Developmental Psychology from the University of Pittsburgh. Dedicated to ongoing professional development, she holds certification in Perinatal Mental Health from Postpartum International, ensuring she remains at the forefront of her field to provide the best possible care for her clients she serves.

Through an interactive membership, transformative retreats, and counseling services, we strive to challenge the unrealistic expectations of motherhood while helping moms to prioritize their well-being and create their own paths to balance and fulfillment.
