I am a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor and Supervisor with over 15 years of experience in the field. I take great pride in providing individual counseling to children and adults, helping them navigate through life's challenges and find a sense of peace and clarity.
I am graduate of Winthrop University, where she earned her Master's degree in Counseling and Development in 2007. Since then, I have obtained licensure in five states, allowing me to offer counseling services to individuals across different regions who are in need of support.
To ensure that she stays at the forefront of her profession, she is an active member of the American Counseling Association (ACA) and holds certification through the National Board for Certified Counselors. These affiliations allow her to stay updated on the latest research, techniques, and ethical standards, ensuring that she provides the highest level of care to her clients.
I work with adults who have experienced a loss or is going through a life transistion to assist them in navigating to the change. I understand the profound impact these experiences can have on one's mental health and I am dedicated to helping individuals heal, grow, and thrive during difficult times. My services are provided in a virtual setting through a HIPAA compliant platform. I also provide grief education workshops and small groups for those who are seeking something beyond individual support.
