Michelle received her Master of Social Work Degree (MSW) from Simmons University in 2020, focusing on Advanced Clinical Practice. Also, she holds a Master’s Degree in Health Services Administration and an undergraduate degree in Social Work. In addition, Michelle has a License in Clinical Social Work (LCSW). Michelle has over a decade of experience serving the community's adolescents, adults, and families. She is a Member of the National Association of Social Workers.
Her theoretical orientation includes a systems theory approach to understanding the “person in the environment.” Michelle helps you explore your feelings by using various systems and focusing on your strengths. She pulls from treatment methods such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, Narrative Therapy, Mindfulness-Based Techniques, and more to meet your needs.
Michelle has been married for over 12 years with one kid and enjoys spending time with her family and friends. In addition, she enjoys running and volunteering in her community. Also, Michelle enjoys traveling and good food.
