Erin is a clinical social worker licensed in Virginia, Maryland, and the District of Columbia. In October 2021, she launched Honey Bee Therapy, a virtual psychotherapy practice designed for millennials navigating the complex relationships and systems of every day life.

Her passion for mental health drives her to work to ensure that her clients feel safe, supported, and respected. She firmly believes in folks taking time to peel back their own layers and make new and interesting discoveries about themselves in order to show up fully and authentically.

Prior to launching Honey Bee Therapy, Erin served as an educator and social worker in both schools and district-level school roles for over a decade.

Erin began her career as an elementary-school teacher in Atlanta, Georgia. Erin graduated magna cum laude with a B.A. in Psychology from Spelman College, and a Masters in Clinical Social Work from The University of Chicago. Born and raised in Richmond, Virginia, in her self-care time, Erin enjoys reading, listening to music, and baking.
